We understand that there will be times when you need to cancel your booking. We kindly request that you give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy. Giving us notice allows us try and offer these time slots to other clients-if we can do so then the cancellation fee will be waived. Sunday cancellations for Monday appointments will not be accepted as the clinic is closed on Sundays. If you are running late we will try and accommodate you the best we can, but may not be able to perform the full treatment if other clients are waiting. We thank you for your understanding
